At Phoenix Corporate Gifts, we make every effort in our online catalogue to ensure that every aspect of a product is described and pictured where possible so that you can visualise what you are ordering. Furthermore, with every order (except some Express Service orders) we will produce, as part of the order process, a visual proof of your design to approve prior to printing.
However, we understand that occasionally you may wish to see a sample of a product before ordering. We are therefore pleased to offer you, free of charge, samples to the value of £5.00 including post and packing. These samples will not carry your logo.
Should you wish to see a sample or samples of items at greater than £5.00 value, you can order these via email to sales@phoenixcorporategifts.com and we will send you an invoice to pay via credit card prior to the samples being despatched to you.
Samples will be charged at the first column prices.
Please help us to help you. When ordering samples, you must specify the product code of the product you wish to see, along with the colour of the product if applicable. Please do not simply ask for a product by name only or general description, as we will not be able to help you in these instances.
